A Lifelong Covenant of Love
In the Sacrament of Holy Matrimony, a man and a woman enter a lifelong covenant of faithful love that reflects Christ’s love for His Church. Through this sacrament, God gives married couples the grace to love one another faithfully, strengthen their family, and live out their vocation to holiness.
Couples wishing to be married at St. Maximilian Kolbe Parish should contact the parish office at least six months before their desired wedding date. Marriage preparation includes meetings with the priest, completion of the required marriage preparation program, and planning the wedding liturgy.
Marriage is a sacred vocation and a lifelong commitment rooted in faith, love, and mutual self-giving. The Church is honored to accompany couples as they prepare to celebrate this joyful sacrament.
