The Source and Summit of Christian Life
The Holy Eucharist is the heart of our Catholic faith. Instituted by Jesus Christ at the Last Supper, the Eucharist is His true Body, Blood, Soul sand Divinity, given to nourish us spiritually and unite us more closely with Him and with one another.
At every Mass, the bread and wine become the Body and Blood of Christ through the power of the Holy Spirit and the words of consecration spoken by the priest. Catholics are invited to receive Holy Communion in a state of grace and after observing the required Eucharistic fast.
First Holy Communion
Children prepare to receive their First Holy Communion through our Faith Formation program. Preparation helps them understand the great gift of the Eucharist, deepen their love for Jesus, and participate more fully in the Mass. First Reconciliation is celebrated before First Holy Communion. You are invited to register your child in our Faith Formation program.
Adults Seeking the Eucharist
Adults preparing to enter the Catholic Church or complete their Sacraments of Initiation receive instruction through the Order of Christian Initiation (OCIA).
We invite all Catholics to participate in the Holy Sacrifice of the Mass each Sunday and on Holy Days of Obligation, where Christ continues to feed His people with His Word and His Body.
